This is 15 packs of our uncured, sliced pork bacon in approximately 1-pound packs. Otherwise known as sidemeat, this cut comes from our premium pasture-raised pork, and it is sliced and ready for a little seasoning of your choice and then your frying pan or other method of cooking. About 15 pounds of meat total. It ships in a 14″x14″x14″ box with thermal liner and dry ice.
