Carving Ham



We have partnered with our friends at Hickory Nut Gap out of the Asheville, NC area to offer Uncured Boneless Carving Hams! It is from pastured raised pigs just like ours. It has no nitrites or nitrates added, gluten free and no MSG! Great item to add to your cart and know it was produced with regenerative practices that align with our own farm’s protocols.

Hams will be smoked and ready to eat at room temperature with demi-glace or sauce, or of course you can warm in the oven with your grandma’s famous ham glaze.

Hams will weigh and average of 8 lbs.  The price per pound is $11.99

The total price is figured at 8.2 pounds, but you will only be charged for the pounds you receive if your ham happens to be a little smaller.

Ham Warming Instructions

Your ham is cured and fully cooked, ready to eat. You can let the ham come up to room temp and serve sliced at table, or you can heat it with a glaze of your choice. 

When using a glaze: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the ham on a sheet pan and baste with half of the glaze, cover with foil.
  3. Heat ham for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Remove foil, cover with the rest of the glaze and place back in the oven.
  5. Warm until heated through to 165 degrees F, the glaze should begin to brown.

When warming up to serve un-glazed with a demi-glace or sauce on the side, follow above instructions excluding the glaze step, leaving the foil on the entire process to maintain moisture.
