Delicious Pastured Chicken Recipe

Kelly and I wanted to share a recipe that she recently prepared with our pastured chicken.

The meal produced about 8 servings and the meat cost about $5.70/serving.  As many of us continue eating more at home, it’s important to realize just how much money can be saved that way.  We used Leg Quarters and Boneless/Skinless Breasts.
