Cut from the top sirloin cap, these steaks are famous for their signature fat cap, which delivers a rich, buttery flavor that is second to none.

Because our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on regenerative pastures, the flavor is clean, bold, and incredibly satisfying.
