How Our Shipping Works

• Shipping Schedule: We ship orders out Monday through Wednesday each week via Ground or Express services to ensure your box spends as little time in transit as possible.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, transit time is typically 24 to 48 hours depending on your location.
• Our Cold Arrival Guarantee: Every order is packed in insulated packaging with dry ice to keep your items deeply chilled. While the vast majority of orders arrive frozen solid, we guarantee your meat will arrive at least cold to the touch which can be safely refrozen, refrigerated, or consumed.
