Stone-ground Grits from Cotton Hills Farm



Southern Fields white grits is grown and ground by Cotton Hills Farm in Lowrys, SC.  Their corn is grown from seed that has been handed down in the family of Carol Burris Wilson for over 100 years.  The corn is not genetically engineered.  It is ground on a 1905 stone mill which permits us to leave the “germ” or heart of the corn – thus giving you all the vitamins, nutrients, and flavor possible.  The grits are immediately hand packed to ensure freshness.  The Wilson family is proud of this product and wants you to enjoy this old southern favorite.

1.5 pounds per pack.  Keep refrigerated – no preservatives.

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Put in lightly greased 9×13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350* for 50-60 min or until brown on top & set. (or until knife inserted comes out clean).
