We are taking some pigs to the processor on Oct. 26th and again in about a month. We are running a limited special on half and whole pigs. If you purchase a half then you pay $3.50 per pound on the hanging weight instead of the usual $4.25 per pound. If you purchase a whole you pay $3.25 per pound on the hanging weight instead of the usual $3.99 per pound. Average hanging weight for a whole pig is 230 lbs.
If you are interested in purchasing a half or whole please mail a deposit to 713 Colony Road Chester SC 29706. It is a $100 deposit for a half and a $200 deposit for a whole. You can make checks payable to Watson Farms. We do not take any payments over the phone. We fill the half or whole orders on a first come first serve basis.
When you send a deposit please also email email@example.com to let her know and to start working on cutting instructions. We have to have all cutting instructions by Saturday Oct. 24th for the Oct 26th processing date.
Now is a good time to stock up your freezer.
