Spring Farm Day 2022

hayride tour rig

To see in-person how we manage our animals, make plans to join us for our Spring Farm Day!

We will be holding it on Saturday, April 30 from 10am – 2pm. This will be much like the last one we held in October. It was a great success and we hope this one will be the same.

We will be offering hay rides where we will show each group as many of the animals as possible. We love the discussions that break out on these hay rides and it re-assures us that our customers are the most-informed and enlightened people on the planet.

We will have a kids zone set up again for this tour. There will be games, a corn tote to play in, and more!

Vendors will be set up as well so that you can stock up on some locally produced arts, crafts, and other unique products. A food truck and coffee truck will also be on site!

We will also be continuing our HUGE Ground Beef sale through Saturday, so you can take advantage of 20% off as you shop at the Farm Store during the event!

Vendor List

Little Bills Concessions – Food Truck
Sweet Southern Java – Coffee

We are excited for all the vendors we will have! We have lots on new ones this time!!! COME SUPPORT LOCAL!

  1. My wife and I attended Farm Day Saturday and had a wonderful time.
Happy Pigs, Happy Beef, Chickens paid us no mind,
600 mile round trip from Wilmington, NC for a 90 minute visit was well worth the trip.
Our next 15 pound UPS delivery is expected tomorrow.
Its like a Meaty XMAS 🙂

With that said…. We bought three dozen eggs.
They look more like factory produced..
Heck, I cant give you 5 stars on everything.

    HAPPY MEAT IS HEALTHY MEAT

    1. Thanks for the feedback, Hal!

We have noticed that when we move the chickens out of the winter housing into their mobile pasture houses, it takes them a little while to adapt to their new surroundings. Their rate of lay can go down, and maybe the richness of the eggs can be affected as well.

We’re glad you enjoyed the tour!
